Remember... Limited Service Listings are just that... Limited Service. The tradeoff in savings that are possible by using a Flat Fee Limited Service Listing requires extra work by the Seller and Buyer whereby each can mutually benefit. The Seller is able to reduce the Listing side commission saving thousands of dollars and the Buyer also benefits by the fact that the Seller's commission savings can ultimately allow the Buyer to purchase at a lower price.
